If you don't want to wait for the notification timeout to finish, you can (left) click somewhere inside the window.
This will close it.

Left clicking the animated icon will bring the icon to its default state.

In the SPA device, the following settings have to be made:

• System tab:
  • Syslog Server: enter IP address of the machine SpaView is running on.
  • Debug Server: same IP address as 'Syslog Server'.
  • Debug Level: 0 is OK.
  
  
• Line 1 and Line 2/PSTN tab:
  • SIP Debug Option: select 'full excl. OPT|NTFY|REG'

SpaView analyzes UDP messages, sent by an SPA device, on port 514.
The SIP messages are checked for an incoming 'Ringing' request and the phone number is filtered.
